IRS pride themselves on the supply of labour and services within: Warehouse, Logistics, Production/Manufacturing and Engineering. From our offices based in Coventry we help local business’ find local people. We aim to forge long standing partnerships by understanding our customers and becoming an extension to their business. By adopting this approach, we can offer a tailor made and bespoke recruitment solution based on each individual client needs. OUR STORY
IRSGroup was formed by Michael and Nathan. Together combing their 18 years’ experience in the supply of temporary and contracted labour into the industrial market across Coventry and the West Midlands. Mainly working for larger corporations, they noticed the Coventry area lacked a more local, experienced and proactive provider within the different sectors. From their experience working in the Coventry market, they realised there was an opportunity to build their own recruitment business using their skill and experience. This approach enables them to adapt their service model driven around their core values of: Honesty, Passion, Proactivity and Ethical approach. Being privately owned, they can be more flexible in their approach then their competitors and are able to make immediate decisions for the interests for their clients and candidates alike.

NATHAN FORD
DIECTOR
Black Country born and bred, Nathan started working the Coventry market 3 years ago and built up an excellent client portfolio and understanding of the client and candidate market – Nathan fell in love with the City of culture and decided on starting the business from Coventry.
Nathan worked for a national recruitment business for the past 10 years, covering the West Midlands specialising in blue-collar and semi-skilled roles alongside national high-volume recruitment through seasonal periods of trading.
Nathan is a twin, his partners a twin and both are parents to twin girls. Nathan is a West Bromwich Albion fan for previous sins and his work is his passion.
MICHAEL QUIRKE
DIECTOR
Michael fell into recruitment as many people do after suffering injury whilst playing professional football for Coventry City in 2010. Michael took an opportunity with a national recruitment provider in 2013 initially on a 2-week contract supporting over a Christmas period. After 5 years and 4 promotions later, he left the business as an Assistant Manager to pursue a Branch Manager’s role for a new provider to the Coventry Area. Michael joined Nathan’s team and quickly realised that they both had a passion for high standards, customer service and recruitment in general. They both established the Coventry branch to be a business leading location and decided now the time was right to build their own business. Michael has had trouble times over the past few years being an unfortunate Manchester Untied fan.
